LoyaltyPass Alternatives: What to Compare Before You Choose

By · Updated

In short The right LoyaltyPass alternative depends on your outlet count, how many staff need access and how many reward rules customers must learn. We could not open LoyaltyPass's own pages on 4 November 2026, so this page states no LoyaltyPass figures and compares three vendors whose pricing pages we did read: FaveCard, 7Stamp and Loyverse. If you want one rule customers already understand, a points-only programme such as Gimify is free for one outlet.

What should you compare when looking at LoyaltyPass alternatives?

Owners usually look for an alternative for one of three reasons. The price changes when the business grows, the plan limits do not fit the way the staff work, or the reward rules ask customers to learn more than they will.

We tried to open LoyaltyPass’s own pages on 4 November 2026 and they did not load. A site search found no official LoyaltyPass pricing page we could read. So this page names no LoyaltyPass figures, and we make no claims about what it offers. Before you compare, ask LoyaltyPass for a written quote that shows what it costs at your real number of outlets, staff and customers.

The comparison below uses only what each vendor’s own pricing page states. Where a page did not show a figure, we left it out. Prices change, so read the vendor’s page before you buy.

What does FaveCard include on each plan?

FaveCard’s page lists three plans, with annual billing offered at 2 months free.

FreeUS$01 at a timeBrowser-based card only

The page also lists 30 days of premium tools for new accounts. Its FAQ describes billing inconsistently, with most sections monthly and one saying the Business plan renews yearly. Confirm the cycle before you pay. Our FaveCard alternatives page goes into more detail on this vendor.

How does 7Stamp price its plans?

7Stamp bills by staff login, not by outlet or customer. Its Free Forever plan covers one login, 25 card operations a month and 100 emails a month, and extra usage is not available on Free. Growth gives 2,500 card operations and 2,500 emails per login each month, with extra usage at US$0.01 each. The page gives 50 logins as US$1,182.50 a month.

A counter where five people add stamps costs 5 x US$35 = US$175 a month at the first tier. A per-login price grows with your team and not with your sales, which matters if staff turnover is high.

How does Loyverse price loyalty?

Loyverse is a point-of-sale system first. Its page lists the loyalty program among its free tools. Add-ons are priced per store a month, for example unlimited sales history at US$7 and employee management at US$25, with annual prices of US$70 and US$250. This suits a shop that wants a till and a loyalty feature together. If you already use another till, the loyalty feature means a second system to learn.

How do the pricing models differ when you add an outlet?

Three models appear in the table above. FaveCard prices by plan and card count, and its page states no outlet limit, so ask how a second site is treated. 7Stamp prices by staff login. Loyverse prices its add-ons per store. Each grows differently, so write down the monthly figure for your outlets today and in a year. Our page on loyalty software with no per-location fees shows how to model each case, and the free loyalty program app comparison covers more vendors.

What should you check before you switch?

  1. The monthly price at your real number of outlets and staff logins.
  2. Whether customers need an app or a wallet pass, and on which phones.
  3. How many taps a customer needs on the first visit.
  4. How many reward rules you must set up and explain.
  5. What happens to your customer list if you cancel.

Put the same five questions to LoyaltyPass and to each alternative, and keep the replies in writing.

Why consider points instead of stamps?

FaveCard’s page lists custom stamp icons, and 7Stamp’s page counts card operations. A stamp card has a fixed number of boxes and a fixed reward. A customer who spends US$3 and a customer who spends US$30 earn the same stamp, and each new reward type adds another rule.

Points count spend. A customer earns in proportion to the purchase and swaps the balance for a reward. Every stamp reward can be written as points, so a free coffee after 10 coffees becomes a fixed points award per drink. The arithmetic is laid out in stamp cards vs points.

Research supports keeping rules few. A KPMG survey of over 18,000 consumers in 20 countries found 60% agreed that loyalty programmes are too hard to join or earn in (KPMG via PR Newswire, 2019, a global survey and not specific to any tool here). The wider evidence is in the case for points only.

Where does Gimify fit?

Gimify is a hosted, points-only programme that you run for your own customers. Customers scan a QR code and enter their email, with no app download and no password, and the card lives in Google Wallet with a live balance. Staff add or redeem points on any phone at the counter.

One points balance works across every outlet. It is free for one outlet with unlimited members and no time limit, and US$99 a month covers unlimited outlets. It has no stamp mode and sends no SMS or email campaigns, so if you need those, one of the tools above fits better.

Questions owners ask

What are the best LoyaltyPass alternatives?

There is no single best one. On pages checked 4 November 2026, FaveCard and 7Stamp list free plans, Loyverse lists its loyalty program as free, and Gimify is free for one outlet. Compare them at your real number of outlets and staff, and by how many reward rules customers must learn.

How much does LoyaltyPass cost?

We could not open LoyaltyPass's own pages on 4 November 2026, so we do not state a price. Ask the vendor for a written quote that shows what changes when you add an outlet, a staff member or more customers, then price the alternatives the same way.

Is there a free alternative to LoyaltyPass?

Yes. FaveCard lists a Free plan at US$0 forever with one active loyalty card. 7Stamp lists Free Forever with 1 staff login, 25 card operations and 100 emails a month. Loyverse lists loyalty among its free tools. Gimify is free for one outlet with unlimited members.

Which alternative works for a business with several outlets?

Check how each vendor charges as outlets grow. 7Stamp bills per staff login, Loyverse prices its add-ons per store, and FaveCard's page states no outlet limit. Gimify charges a flat US$99 a month for unlimited outlets with one points balance shared across them.

Do customers need to download an app?

It depends on the tool, so ask before you sign up. FaveCard's Free plan gives customers a browser-based card and its paid plans add Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. With Gimify, customers scan a QR code and enter their email, and the card lives in Google Wallet.

Do I need stamps to run a loyalty programme?

No. Stamps count visits. Points count spend, so one rule covers every purchase. Any stamp reward can be written as points, such as a fixed points award per drink and a free drink at a set balance.
