Poket Alternatives: Prices, Limits and What to Compare
By Alva Chew · Updated
In short Poket's physical store plans list S$30 to S$150 a month for one store, with member caps from 1,000 to 20,000 and a 7-day free trial. Alternatives such as FaveCard, 7Stamp, Loyverse and Gimify suit owners who want a free plan, per-login pricing or a flat price across outlets. Gimify is points only, free for one outlet with unlimited members and US$99 a month for unlimited outlets.
What are the main Poket alternatives?
Poket is a loyalty platform for physical stores, online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce, and larger brands. Its home page lists many reward types, including points, cashback, VIP tiers, paid membership, store credits, referrals, vouchers, gamification, feedback and social media rewards. Owners who look for alternatives usually want one of three things: a lower monthly price, no cap on members, or fewer reward rules to run.
Four options come up often when you compare: FaveCard, 7Stamp, Loyverse and Gimify. We opened Poket’s pages on 5 November 2026 and recorded only what they state. The other vendors’ figures come from their own pricing pages as checked on 2 November 2026. Where a page did not show a figure, we left it out. Prices change, so read the vendor’s page before you buy.
What does Poket cost?
Poket’s pricing page lists physical store plans in Singapore dollars. Each plan is for one store. Yearly billing lowers the monthly figure.
| Plan | Yearly billing, per month | Monthly billing | Members |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | S$30 | S$42 | Up to 1,000 |
| Premier | S$48 | S$60 | 10,000 yearly, 5,000 monthly |
| Prime | S$100 | S$150 | 20,000 yearly, 10,000 monthly |
| Prestige | Contact sales | Not listed | Not listed |

Features rise with the plan. Pilot lists a single-tier points programme, expiry rules, welcome and birthday emails, a member portal and a rewards catalog. Premier adds up to 3 VIP tiers, cashback, referrals and marketing campaigns. Prime adds up to 5 VIP tiers, paid membership, store credits, gift vouchers and gamified rewards. WhatsApp and SMS are listed as add-ons.
Native iOS and Android member apps are a separate plan at S$250 a month billed annually, for stores on Prime or Prestige. Online store plans on Shopify and WooCommerce are priced in US dollars by order volume, from US$20 a month billed yearly for 500 orders.
Every plan has a 7-day free trial. The page says only the trial is refundable and that payments after activation are not. The pricing page does not list a free plan.
How do the alternatives compare on price?
Here is what each vendor’s own page lists. Prices are as shown, in US dollars unless noted.
| Vendor | Free option | Paid plans listed | Limits to read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poket | 7-day trial | S$30 to S$150 a month per store, Prestige by quote | Members capped from 1,000 to 20,000 per store |
| FaveCard | Free, $0 forever | Pro $39 a month, Business $59 a month | 1 loyalty card on Free and Pro, unlimited customers |
| 7Stamp | Free Forever | Growth $35 per staff login a month for logins 1 to 9, $25 for 10 to 29, $17.50 from 30 | Free: 1 staff login, 25 card operations and 100 emails a month |
| Loyverse | Loyalty listed among free tools | Add-ons per store, none listed for loyalty | Built around its point-of-sale system |
| Gimify | Free for one outlet | US$99 a month for unlimited outlets | Unlimited members, no per-member or per-location fees |

Two details change the real bill. First, Poket’s member cap applies per store, so a busy shop on monthly billing passes 5,000 members on Premier and moves to Prime at S$150. Second, 7Stamp charges per staff login, so five people who stamp cost 5 x $35 = $175 a month at the first tier.
How does Poket handle more than one outlet?
The physical store plans are listed for one store each. The FAQ says you can ask sales about a consolidated plan for multiple stores and does not give a price. The same page says customers can use one account to earn and redeem across online and physical stores.
If you run several outlets, price every option at your real count before you compare features. Our guide to loyalty software with no per-location fees lists how vendors charge as outlets grow, and the multiple outlets guide covers how a shared balance works at the counter.
Which alternatives use points only?
Poket offers points, and it also offers tiers, cashback, vouchers, store credits and gamification. That breadth suits a brand with a marketing team. Each extra reward type is another rule your staff must explain and your customers must learn. Poket’s Premier plan lists 27 points-earning rules and up to 3 VIP tiers, and Prime lists up to 5.
Points have one rule: spend money, earn points in proportion, redeem when the balance is enough. The case for points-only loyalty sets out the research on why fewer rules tend to win, and vouchers vs points shows what the extra layers cost you to run.
On the pages we read, FaveCard and 7Stamp describe stamp cards and rewards and do not mention points. Loyverse lists loyalty as a free tool and does not say which reward model it uses. Confirm the reward model in a trial before you commit.
How should I choose between them?
Work through four questions before you compare logos.
- How many outlets and members will you have in a year? Price every option at that number. Poket caps members per store, 7Stamp scales with staff logins and FaveCard limits cards on its lower plans.
- Who adds points at the counter? If many staff need access, per-login pricing grows with your team.
- Do you need the extras? Tiers, cashback, campaigns and apps are on higher Poket plans. Decide whether you would run them before you pay for them.
- Which reward rule will customers repeat back to you? If a customer cannot explain the reward in one sentence, they are unlikely to chase it.

Where does Gimify fit?
Gimify is a hosted, points-only loyalty programme. Customers join by scanning a QR code and entering their email, with no app download, and the card lives in Google Wallet with a live balance. Staff add or redeem points on any phone, and one points balance works across every outlet. It is free for one outlet with unlimited members, and US$99 a month covers unlimited outlets. Gimify has no stamp mode, no tiers and sends no SMS or email campaigns, so it is a poor fit if you need those.
