Best Loyalty Apps for Small Businesses in Malaysia (2026)
By Alva Chew · Updated
In short For a small Malaysian business, the best loyalty app is the one whose bill stays clear when you add an outlet and whose reward rule a customer can repeat back to you. On vendor pages checked 2 November 2026, FaveCard, 7Stamp and Loyverse have free plans, Eber starts at US$69 a month billed yearly, and Pixalink prices in RM from RM380 a month. Gimify is points only, free for one outlet and about RM199 a month for unlimited outlets.
Which loyalty apps can a small Malaysian business choose from?
Seven options come up most often when a Malaysian owner compares: FaveCard, 7Stamp, Loyverse, Eber, Pixalink, StoreHub and Gimify. We opened each vendor’s own pricing page on 2 November 2026 and recorded what it says. Where a page did not state a limit or a price, we left it out. Prices change, so read the vendor’s page before you sign up.
Software is one cost. The rewards you give away are the larger one, so set your earn rate before you compare subscriptions. The same comparison for another market is in our guide to the best loyalty apps in Singapore.

Source: each vendor’s own pricing page as linked, checked 2 November 2026. Gimify from gimify.com. Pixalink, StoreHub and Gimify are in RM, the others in US$. FaveCard, Eber and 7Stamp showed no ringgit prices on the pages we read, so convert at your bank’s rate and check for tax. StoreHub prices are for the POS, not a standalone loyalty app.
Which apps are free, and what do the free plans leave out?
FaveCard, 7Stamp and Loyverse each list a free plan, and Gimify does too. The limits differ. FaveCard’s page says one loyalty card at a time on Free and Pro. 7Stamp caps the free plan at 25 card operations a month and one staff login, which a busy counter can reach quickly. Loyverse’s page lists loyalty as a free tool and states no limits for it, though it is built around its POS. Our free-app guide compares what each free plan includes in more detail.
Which app is cheapest at one outlet and at several?
At one outlet the free plans cost nothing. A paid plan starts at US$39 a month for FaveCard Pro or RM380 a month for Pixalink on yearly billing. At several outlets the pricing models split:
- 7Stamp charges per staff login, so the bill grows with the number of people who use the system.
- Loyverse lists its add-ons per store, though its loyalty program is listed as free.
- Eber’s page shows plan tiers and no per-location fee.
- Pixalink’s page shows tiers by customer count and admin users.
- Gimify charges about RM199 a month for unlimited outlets.
Ask each vendor for the price at two outlets and at five, and for the staff headcount you expect. Our guide to loyalty software with no per-location fees shows how to run that comparison.
Should you pick a POS with loyalty or a separate app?
A POS with built-in loyalty, such as StoreHub, keeps sales and rewards in one place. The trade-off is that you adopt the POS to get the loyalty feature. A standalone loyalty app works beside whatever till you already have. If you are happy with your current POS, a separate app avoids a migration. If you are choosing a new POS anyway, check which plan includes loyalty and what it covers.
How many reward rules will you have to run?
Some products add reward types such as stamps, tiers or vouchers. More features give you more to choose from, and each one is a rule your staff must explain and your customers must learn.
A points program has one rule: spend, earn, redeem. A café that sells mostly coffee can still use it by giving each drink a fixed number of points. The research behind that view is in our case for points-only loyalty. When you test any app, count the settings you need to configure before the first customer joins.
What should you test before you sign up?
Run the same checks on every app on your shortlist:
- What does a customer do on the first visit, and do they need to download anything?
- What do staff need at the till? A phone they already own is the easiest answer.
- What do you pay at two outlets and at five, and in which currency?
- Is there a cap on members, card operations or staff logins that you would reach?
- Can you export your member list if you leave?
Most vendors above offer a free plan, so you can run a week at your own counter with real customers before you pay. For menu-specific advice see loyalty programs for cafés.

Questions owners ask
What is the best loyalty app for a small business in Malaysia?
It depends on your size and outlet count. Compare the price at your real number of outlets, what a customer does on the first visit, and how many reward rules you must configure. A points program is the simplest to explain at the counter.
Is there a free loyalty app for a Malaysian café?
Yes, several. On their own pages on 2 November 2026, FaveCard lists a Free plan, 7Stamp lists Free Forever with 25 card operations a month, Loyverse lists its loyalty program as free, and Gimify is free for one outlet with unlimited members.
Which loyalty apps price in ringgit?
Of the vendors we checked, Pixalink lists plans in RM, from RM380 a month on yearly billing. FaveCard, Eber, 7Stamp and Loyverse showed US$ prices. StoreHub, a POS with built-in loyalty, lists RM prices for its POS plans. Gimify is about RM199 a month for unlimited outlets.
Do customers need to download an app to join?
Not with every product. With Gimify, customers scan a QR code and enter their email, and the card lives in Google Wallet. Ask each vendor what a customer does on the first visit.
What happens to the price if I open a second outlet?
It depends on the vendor. Some price per staff login or per store, and some include several stores. Ask for the price at two and at five outlets. Gimify costs about RM199 a month for unlimited outlets.
